My First Experience of Riding a Cycle 2016 || By Praveen Mishra
On 4th December 2016, I and my group of friends had a wonderful trip from Noida to Delhi’s Hauz Khaz.
This was my first ever cycling experience and I must admit it turned out to quite adventurous and exciting.
The aim of this trip was fitness with fun.
This was indeed something new to me and I it was something I had always dreamt of but never really got the chance to do it.
This trip helped me overcome my hesitation of cycling on long distances and also helped me in making new friends and acquaintances.
This trip made me realize that we all had similar beliefs and ideas and we hit it off from the very beginning.
This is the first time I really enjoyed in a group.
All were good and helpful.
A guy named Binod Bhadri who is quite elder to me turned out to be a great personality.
He has all the qualities of a good friend. The trip started from Great India Palace Sector 18 Noida and finished at Delhi’s Hauz Khaz Fort.
Initially, I was very nervous as I was unsure whether I would be able to finish the journey or I would have to return half way.
I must admit that the team and my friends were very supportive and encouraged me to complete the trip.
During the trip, I happen to make some very good friends.
I would like to mention a few names here such as Vinod Bhadri, Sonika Sharma, Kapil Singh, Jatin Singh, Praveen Sharma, Sudhir, Abhishek Jain, Tulin Rudra and much more.
They were expert cyclists and a join in the name of Preeti Chaudhary who had a track record of Cycling for 600 Kilometers was a constant source of inspiration during the ride.
It was absolutely a wonderful trip that day.
I hope the next trip happen soon and I am able to catch up with my friends to have yet another day of adventure and fun and fitness.
